Registered Wonderware® System Integrator
Recently VerAutomation B.V. has become a registered Wonderware System Integrator.
This means that from now on we can offer complete automation solutions to our customers using Wonderware products. Wonderware offers FactorySuite. Software which incorporates process visualization, alarmhandling, data-aquisition, etc.
Process visualization is realized by means of the SCADA software package called InTouch. Through a wide variety of IO servers InTouch collects its data from the field. Mostly directly from PLCs but also from other "intelligent" actors in the field.
Alarms are presented by InTouch to the operator. However for unmanned stations SCADAlarm takes care of alarmhandling. This program can send notifications in many different forms, i.e. e-mail, SMS, spoken messages to telephone, etc.
Process data in the broadest sense of the word can be collected by means of the InSQL server. This powerfull tool collects a multitude of data and stores it in a central database. By means of the client tool "Active Factory" the data can be retreived and reviewed. Also reports can be generated in many different forms. Even fully automated reporting is possible. Reports about raw material usage or production numbers. Even maintance data about for example the number of hours that a machine has been running.
