Our employees are aware of our organization's potential and play an active role in the selection process. VerAutomation is eager to delegate powers of decision to their employees as much as possible and have them think in terms of solutions.
Targeting Solutions is very important to VerAutomation. Because VerAutomation has a broad technological knowledge of brand-independent products, 
we can control many process combinations. As a result, VerAutomation offers a wide range of qualities including software and hardware engineering.
Customer focus has a lot to do with being flexible. VerAutomation can be flexible on account of its relatively small organization with a fairly flat organizational structure. VerAutomation fulfils its obligations, not only towards the client but also towards the supplier. We believe in open communication that increases our employees' flexibility and provides added value to a pleasant atmosphere on the work floor.
Security in the industry is obvious. If VerAutomation is "on site" for a service it will be carefully planned with the client in order to avoid misunderstandings and unsafe situations. There are of course all the employees of VerAutomation in possession of a "VCA" certificate management.
