Process automation
VerAutomation is a company that in the past 10 years has grown to become a specialist in industrial automation and PLC networks. Ten software engineers design and commission software for our customers worldwide. So far VerAutomation has done projects in Germany, England, France, Poland, United States, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Curaçao, Thailand, Russia and Russian Federation. Together with software development the hardware engineering and drawing of electrical schematics is also done by VerAutomation. Systems are built using materials from various suppliers. Customer standard is paramount in choosing the materials used in the project. For this reason a wide range of brands has been implemented in projects done by VerAutomation. For example: Siemens, Allen Bradley, Modicon, Hitachi, Mitsubishi, Omron en VIPA.
Weighing and dosing
A specialization in which VerAutomation B.V. has gained extensive experience is weighing and dosing. For a great number of projects weighing and dosing systems where build using weight amplifiers (strain gauge) from Siemens (VerAutomation is the number one buyer of Siwarex cards in the Netherlands), Hardy Instruments (single or multipoint weighing modules via DeviceNet) and Penko (via Profibus or analog).
Process control and visualization
For every system or combination of systems a wide range of process control (HMI) and visualization (SCADA) hardware and software is available for process control, visualization and data logging. For visualization VerAutomation has experience with Wizcon, InTouch and Citect software running on normal desktop PCs or servers. Other projects made use of an HMI (either touchscreen or keypad) for process control. Brands used sofar are: Siemens OP, Allen Bradley Panelview, Nematron, Exor, Lauer, CTC Parker, Mitsubishi and Omron.
Communication protocols
For communication between process control systems and fieldcomponents a variety of protocols have been implemented by VerAutomation. Sometimes the protocol is supplier dependent. So far we have experience with: Industrial Ethernet, Profibus, Modbus, AS-I, Data Highway, Interbus, Remote IO, ControlNet and DeviceNet.

Cooperation with MESC
VerAutomation has a Joint Venture with MESC for panel building and software. MESC is an abbriviation for Mechanical and Electrical Services Caribbean N.V.. They offer complete solutions for customers and service companies on Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao. MESC mainly operates in the industry.
